Sancerre Rouge

This red Sancerre is made exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes grown on the clay-limestone slopes of Bué.

It is deep, dark carmine in colour.
It is powerful on the nose with aromas of red and black berries (cherry, sour cherry, raspberry and blackberry) shining through. This warm, round wine is all finesse and boasts well- -integrated, structured tannins.

This wine, made with a noble and generous varietal, reflects the tradition of the Sancerre terroir in its purest expression.

Sancerre Rosé

This rosé Sancerre is made exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes grown on the clay-limestone slopes of Bué.
It is lovely, light salmon pink tinged with the colour of onion skin. Its brilliance is a delight to the eye.

The nose is straightforward and elegant, with fruity scents of redcurrant, wild strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry.
Its touch of acidity and freshness on the palate is highly typical of Pinot Noir. This is a most refreshing and appealing wine.

Clos des Criots

This Pouilly-Fumé is made exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the hillside of Pouilly-sur-Loire, in a very fine vineyard with a surface area of over 3 hectares.
"Clos des Criots" boasts straw yellow colour with golden highlights.
It features an intense, floral (broom, acacia) complex nose. A mineral note with a hint lof smoke brings out all of the substance of this exceptional terroir Notes of citrus are revealed on the palate with grapefruit on the finishadding a touch of freshness.

Sancerre Rouge

Pinot Noir is not only a tricky grape to grow, it is also very difficult to work with in the winery and requires experienced winegrowers with solid know-how. This Sancerre is the proof of that. Its aromas and flavours benefit from barrel ageing, with flavours of red berries subtly underscored by a touch of forest undergrowth and a hint of vanilla. Over time, notes of game nd leather will develop.

Le Chêne Marchand

Sancerre Blanc

This white Sancerre is made exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the clay-limestone slopes of Bué.
It is brilliant and pale gold in colour with subtle green highlights.
The nose is intense, with good balance between freshness, fruit, vivacity and finesse that complement its minerality.
Notes of citrus fruit and lime on the palate with a touch of mint.
